We have to cancel our Norton Dinner this weekend. While we had great feedback on the event and lots of interest, we just did not receive enough reservations to make the event happen. We hope to try to offer another Norton event in the future.

 

For the ultimate food and wine experience at Adam Puchta Winery, we invite you to dine with us! Join us for a Norton wine dinner in our 1855 Cellar Bistro. The evening will showcase several vintages of our Estate-Bottled Norton as well as our Norton-based, Signature Port; served alongside a four-course dinner. Event will also feature a special release of Estate-Bottled Nortons as well as VIP discounts. Advance reservations are required and seating is limited.

DATES: Choose from two dates – Friday, April 21 or Saturday, April 22

TIME: Doors open at 6 PM and food service will begin at 6:30 PM

WHERE: Adam Puchta Winery’s 1855 Cellar Bistro

COST: $75 per person, gratuity is not included

First Course

  • Pheasant, pork and duck Port pâté with figs and pistachios
  • Hemme Brothers applewood-smoked cheddar
  • Fromager d’Affinois
  • Ludwig Farms Vermillion River Blue
  • Marcoot Dairy cave-aged Alpine
  • Assorted pickled vegetables and crostini
  • Paired with: 2009 Estate-bottled Norton

Second Course

  • Swiss Meats smoked pork belly with a Norton verjus syrup with a fresh arugula salad
  • Paired with: Vintner’s Reserve Norton

Third Course

  • Smoked rack of lamb with Berry Black reduction, Hemme Brothers German Quark cheese polenta cake with Parker’s bacon jam and roasted red beets and kale
  • Paired with: 2006 and 2011 Estate-bottled Nortons

Dessert

  • Pear in Port served with homemade vanilla bean ice cream
  • Paired with: Signature Port
