Make your reservations now for our Wurstfest weekend German food and wine pairing event.

Choose from two dates: Friday, March 24, 2017 or Saturday, March 25, 2017; doors open at 6 p.m. food service begins at 6:30 p.m.

Enjoy a four-course, small plate, tasting menu created by our own, Parker Puchta.

First Course
Potato Pancake topped with Parker’s horseradish applesauce
Paired with: 2015 Chardonel

Second Course
Wurstfest Stew loaded with local sausage and housemade spätzle
Paired with: Hunter’s Red

Third Course
Rouladen with savory gravy and red cabbage
Paired with: Vintner’s Select Norton

Fourth Course
Grandma Rohlfing’s Sour Cream Raisin Pie with 1855 caramel sauce
Paired with: 1855 (Sherry)
