Summer Mixed Greens Salad served with Vidal Blanc
  • 1 – 5 ounce bag of mixed baby greens
  • 2 ripe Bartlett pears, peeled, seeded and cored
  • ¾ cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¾ cup pecans, toasted
  • ¾ cup goat cheese, crumbled
  • Seasoned vinegar
  • Olive oil
  • In a large salad bowl, place mixed greens and add pear slices, cranberries and red onion. Toss with enough seasoned vinegar and olive oil to lightly coat ingredients. Serve salad with toasted pecans and crumbled goat cheese.
