Cooking Demo w/niki puto of pappy’s smokehouse and our very own parker pachta

Berry Black BBQ sauce


  • 8ozs. of APW Berry Black 
  • One bottle of Pappy’s Smokehouse Original BBQ sauce
  • Garlic salt, to taste
  • Red pepper flakes, to taste



  • Add all ingredients to saucepan 
  • Mix thoroughly
  • Bring to a boil, stirring frequently 
  • Reduce heat and simmer until thickened. Stirring occasionally 
  • Brush any of your favorite meats liberally, smoke or grill and enjoy!
  • Pairs well with Hunters Red
