Dry Rosé — a summer love!

Dry Rosé

Dry rosé wine, $14/bottle

Tasting notes:

The enticing aroma of this dry full-bodied Rosé evokes the scents of strawberry and pineapple guava. Inspired by the tradition of the Old World Rosés, it makes a great companion to grilled chicken, soft-shell seafood, Mexican or Alfredo sauces. Serve slightly chilled. Similar to a French or Spanish Dry Rosé. Hand-crafted for the adventurous at heart. Best served slightly chilled; the perfect summer wine!!

Pairs well with:

  • Any cheese
  • Crab cakes
  • Grilled BBQ Chicken

Alcohol: 13.5%

Residual Sugar: None

Dry Rosé is best consumed within 2-3 years after harvest.

Grapes: 100% Missouri Chambourcin grapes

  • These red Chambourcin grapes are cold-pressed which means we they are treated more like white grapes; rather than being fermented on the skins they are immediately crushed and pressed. Cold-pressing red grapes produces a juice that is fruit-forward and lighter in style and tannins.

Available at the winery, online or at some of our Missouri retailers.
