Valentine’s Wine Dinner

Make your reservations now for our Wine and Dine Your Valentine wine dinner! Choose from two dates: Friday, February 9, 2018 or Saturday, February 10, 2018; doors open at 6 p.m. food service begins at 6:30 p.m.

Enjoy the evening in our 1855 Cellar Bistro with a four-course dinner created by, Parker Puchta and thoughtfully paired with Adam Puchta wines. Menu yet to be determined. Limited seats are available to this ticketed event. Tickets are $50 per person (includes tax and gratuity). Tickets are non-refundable.

Kalamata olive and tomato concassé with freshly grated Asiago cheese on a sourdough crostini

Sun-dried tomato tapenade with Hemme Brother German Quark cheese on French bread crostini

Sour cream and herb spread topped with thinly sliced beef tenderloin and blue cheese crumbles on a rye bread crostini

Second Course

Chardonel, aged white Cheddar and leek soup garnished with homemade pretzel croutons

Smoked, bacon-wrapped scallops with a white wine balsamic glaze served on a bed of rosemary, shallot and sweet potato pasta, topped with fresh ricotta
