Make your reservations now for our Wine & Dine your Valentine food and wine pairing event on Friday, February 10 at 6 p.m.

Enjoy the evening in our 1855 Cellar Bistro with a four course, small plate, tasting menu created by our own, Parker Puchta. Limited seats are available to this ticketed event. Tasting Menu:

  • First Course
    • Shrimp Ceviche
      • Shrimp marinated in fresh lime juice, red onion, tomatoes, jalapenos, avocado and cilantro served in a crisp cucumber cup
      • Paired with: 2015 Chardonel
  • Second Course
    • Roasted Red Pepper Tomato Bisque
      • Light and creamy house-roasted red pepper and tomato bisque topped with garlic croutons and blue cheese crumbles
      • Paired with: Legacy
  • Entree
    • Beef Wellington Tart
      • Sliced beef tenderloin served on fresh-baked puff pastry with a rich, creamy blue cheese and mushroom sauce
      • Paired with: 2009 Estate Bottled Norton
  • Dessert
    • Boozy Red Velvet Trifle
      • A trifle layered with homemade red velvet cake, Jazz Berry-soaked raspberries, sweetened cream cheese and fresh whipped cream garnished with shaved dark chocolate
