We recently served this delicious Deconstructed Honey Quark Cheesecake for the 2022 Say Cheese Wine Trail with the Hermann Wine Trail. Our guests loved this cheesecake paired with Adams Choice and we know you will too!
Ingredients:
20 oz honey quark cheese from Hemme Brothers Creamery
1 tbsp honey from Giofre Apiaries
1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp lemon zest
14 tbsp Graham Cracker crumbs
Instructions:
Mix together quark cheese and yogurt. Place in a strainer lined with a coffee filter and set in a refrigerator for 12-24 hours. Drain off the liquid then combine the quark mixture with honey, sugar, and lemon zest. In a serving container, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on the bottom, fill with 4 oz of cheesecake filling, and top with whipped topping of your choice.
