We’re excited to announce the release of the first limited-quantity wine from our Press House Series—artistically crafted, small-batch wines that celebrate both our winemaking and our heritage.
The label is a stunning watercolor painting of our circa 1854 Press House, created by our Winemaker’s mom—truly art inside and out!
This Late Harvest Vidal Blanc is a sweet white dessert wine, estate-grown, hand-picked, bottled, and labeled right here in Hermann, MO.
Tasting Notes:
Crafted from estate-grown grapes, this wine opens with aromas of luscious pear, crisp apple, golden pineapple, and warm honey. On the palate, rich layers of honey-drenched pear and ripe apple unfold in a velvety, juicy texture. Delightful from the first sip to the last.
Food Pairings:
Pairs beautifully with cheesecake, creamy cheeses like blue, Comté, and goat, spicy dishes, and rich desserts such as crème brûlée and apple pie.
About Late Harvest Wines:
Late harvest wines are made from grapes left on the vine past peak ripeness. As the grapes dehydrate, their sugar concentration increases, resulting in a wine with higher residual sugar and alcohol. While many grapes can be harvested late, varietals like Vidal Blanc excel at producing exceptional late harvest wines, delivering a rich, expressive experience.
100% Missouri Grown:
Vidal Blanc grapes grown exclusively in our vineyards, showcasing the quality and character of Missouri wine country.
Celebrate this exclusive small-batch release with friends and savor the artistry of our first Press House Series wine.
